Freya's Whisper – Lemon, Black Pepper & Litsea Cubeba Natural Soap

Freya's Whisper is a handmade natural soap scented with a vibrant blend of lemon, black pepper and litsea cubeba essential oils. Crafted in small batches using the traditional cold process method, this natural soap bar produces a rich, creamy lather that gently cleanses while leaving a bright, warming scent.

Lemon brings a crisp citrus freshness while litsea cubeba adds a lively lemon-like brightness. A touch of black pepper essential oil introduces a subtle warmth and spice, creating a fragrance that is both uplifting and gently grounding.

Each bar is handmade in the Scottish Highlands using nourishing plant oils and pure essential oils, with no synthetic fragrance. The slow cold process method allows the soap to cure naturally, producing a long-lasting bar that is rich in natural glycerin and kind to your skin.

Ingredients: Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Lemon Essential Oil, Black Pepper Essential Oil, Litsea Cubeba Essential Oil, Charcoal.

Handmade soap contains no hardeners, so it will soften if left in standing water. Use with a draining soap dish to avoid this. Please recycle or compost the paper band — once your soap has gone there is no trace.

This soap is named after my granddaughter Freya. In Norse mythology, Freya is the goddess of love, beauty, and nature — associated with gold, flowers, and the wild places of the earth. It felt like the perfect name for her, and for a soap that captures something bright and untamed: citrus-sharp, warmly spiced, and made by hand in the Scottish Highlands.
