Deer Tallow Natural Soap with Citrus and Spice

This handmade natural soap is crafted with deer tallow and scented with a distinctive blend of black pepper, may chang and turmeric. Made in small batches using the traditional cold process method, the bar produces a rich, creamy lather while gently cleansing the skin.

May chang brings a bright citrus freshness, black pepper adds a warm, gently spicy note, and turmeric gives the soap a natural golden colour with a subtle earthy character. The result is a balanced soap that feels both fresh and grounding.

Each bar is handmade in the Scottish Highlands using carefully selected ingredients and pure essential oils, with no synthetic fragrance. The slow cold process method allows the soap to cure naturally, creating a firm, long-lasting bar that is rich in natural glycerine and kind to the skin.

Minimum Bar Weight 100g

Handmade soap contains no hardeners, so it will soften if left in standing water, best used with a draining soap dish. Recycle or compost the paper band so when your soap is gone there is no trace.

Deer tallow makes a particularly traditional style of soap. Like other animal fats used in historic soapmaking, it produces a hard bar with a creamy, stable lather. Pairing that base with black pepper, turmeric and may chang creates an interesting fragrance structure: warm spice from the pepper, bright citrus from may chang, and a subtle earthy tone from turmeric
